While our Roof Installations are based on Maintenance Free Systems, a biannual Roof Inspection is recommended. Roofing systems require thorough searches for small defects that occur over time, such as cracking, open laps, etc. These occur with time, heat and UV Rays. Due to our seasonal weather activity, we suggest spring and fall Inspections.
